The SHURI-DOUKEN FE is the reigning record holder of the Race to the Stars Time Trial. A descendent of the ground-based Hill Climb Vehicles of the past the ‘SHURI’ is currently the fastest at ascending to the tip of the stratosphere and descending back. Manufactured by RUNESCO RACING, the SHURI-DOUKEN utilises the D-TRN QUANTUM FRICTION ENGINE and splits them into 3 parts - Launch, Ascension, and Descent. The cockpit is magnetically connected to the chassis/fuselage for safety so it can detach safely in the event of failures and can glide down on its own.
