D-TRN-TOISE-1 - Is a vessel used to ‘Soften’ dense orbital objects such as asteroids or scrap spaceships. It does this thanks to two proprietary ‘rail guns’ mounted under its frame. Loved for how easy it makes mining and recovery but hated for its high maintenance and reliability. Another pet peeve is how slow the vehicle can move - hence the nickname ‘Tortoise’ - this is due to low power and highly economical thrusters which are tuned to not impede on the performance of the ‘rail guns.’
